Ingredients
  

  • 1 loaf of cinnamon swirl bread cut into small cubes
  • 6 eggs beaten
  • 3 cups of whole milk
  • 2 tsp. of pure vanilla
  • Powdered sugar for sprinkling

Instructions
 

  • In a casserole dish, add in the cubes of cinnamon swirl bread.
  • In a bowl, add in the beaten eggs, whole milk and pure vanilla. Whisk well to mix and pour over the bread cubes.
  • Cover and place into the fridge to chill for 1 hour.
  • Transfer into the oven to bake for 50 minutes at 350 degrees or until golden.
  • Remove and sprinkle the powdered sugar over the top. Serve
  • immediately.
